Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. Many people recognize me on Instagram and I write about my journey - from the highs and lows. When I was 1 and a half years old my family, me and my parents moved to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents, I may not even be here today sharing this life with you. Given the chance to live the best life possible I wanted to try the best I could to please them and determined to achieve my goals. I believed that my life would go one way or another: I'd graduate from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin a family. I believed that this was the ultimate definition of success. but life was not so sure to teach me what it meant to be successful. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status did not bring me joyIt was that I was throwing my life away in exchange for a salary when I knew I was destined for something more. I possessed a love of working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. In 2014, I founded my small company which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. It is my goal to be a change maker in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier them by creating the most sustainable life that meets their personal needs and goals. My goal is for me to help others chase their dreams, and to lead the lives they've always dreamed of. As my career started to flourish, I experienced the most devastating loss of my life: my mother's loss of life. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. If you don't realize the signs at first, God has a funny way of providing us with what we truly require. The abrupt death that altered my life forever. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity at living a full and fulfilling life. When she passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her next life and I was given a second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. In my 30s I feel a sense of being alive and in the moment. I'm not feeling as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. As I tell my story I hope that my words will resonate with yours. My hope is that my words can make you aware that you're not alone. I believe that you are blessed with the ability to achieve whatever you want to achieve. My hope is that you live life to its best and have no regrets about your final days. The death of a person is the only guarantee in life.
